Avichal, the founder of Lex & Tech

around 15 years of technology and legal consulting experience across sectors
including banking & financial services, healthcare, education and legal-tech for
APAC, US, UK & EU regions. His extensive consulting experience in IT & digital
transformation strategy, privacy & data protection (GDPR, DPDPA, HIPAA, etc.),
cyber laws and intellectual property rights has been a proven value delivery.
He is also adept in advisory services for matters including insolvency &
bankruptcy, consumer protection and legal & compliance audits for privacy and
ESG controls implementation.
He is a certified Arbitrator & Mediator and he has been able to resolve many
disputes amicably through ADR.
